Natalia Pshenichnaya
PARTNER AND CO-FOUNDER
Natalia is a business leader specializing in international development and digital innovation, with extensive experience in low- and middle-income countries. Her expertise spans agriculture, climate change, natural resource management, and health. Before co-founding The AgTech Network, Natalia designed and delivered multi-million-dollar development programs in collaboration with major donors and the private sector, reaching over 20 million users globally.
At The AgTech Network, she helps clients create impactful products, services, and programs to tackle pressing global challenges. Natalia holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is dedicated to fostering collaboration and driving meaningful impact.

Tegan Palmer
PARTNER
Tegan brings deep experience in designing and managing data collection and analysis, monitoring, evaluation and learning across a range of digital for development projects in low and middle income countries, with five years dedicated to agriculture projects. She is passionate about encouraging and measuring behavioural change, particularly in the cross-cutting domain of climate change, within the teams she works in and on projects.
Her most recent projects are focused on gender and women’s empowerment through digital public goods, which is also a key interest. Tegan specializes in designing approaches which use data to drive learning and results within projects, harnessing data from digital services and collected from users, and to encourage collaborative decision making. Tegan holds a Masters in Psychology of Education from the University of Bristol.

Leslie Arathoon
SENIOR CONSULTANT
Leslie is an experienced consultant in digital transformation and digital infrastructure projects in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). She began her career supporting telcos, digital infrastructure suppliers, device markers, financial services companies, governments and content providers identify growth opportunities in LMICs, with a particular focus on Latin America. While at Pyramid Research (now GlobalData), she built market sizing models for mobile and broadband, device, IoT, e-commerce, mobile money adoption and revenue. Over the last four years, Leslie supported the GSMA, IDB, Australian Aid, UK Aid and Digital Agri Hub on market research into adoption of technology for agriculture in LMIC.

Abdullah Saqib
CONSULTANT
Abdullah’s experience is at the overlap of international development, impact investing and technology. Founded mobile agriculture business unit at Telenor Pakistan and launched a series of services in AgTech space. At Acumen in Global Agriculture team, consolidated knowledge from Ag investments across Latin America, Africa and South Asia along with successful fundraising and design of Africa focused Climate Adaptation Fund. At FAO, part of the core fundraising team responsible for communications and media strategy component of GCF Fund for Climate Adaptation in Pakistan. Implemented a number of Ag oriented projects at Viamo in South Asia and MENA in partnership with iNGOs and MNOs. Holds MS in Sustainable Development from University of Sussex, BS in Telecom Engineering from NUCES and executive certificate in inclusive innovation from MIT.

Victoria Clause
CONSULTANT
Victoria has diverse on-the ground experience working in the agri-tech sector in emerging markets, providing strategic support to organisations designing and scaling commercially viable digital solutions for smallholder farmers. Through working with diverse organisations such as GSMA, M-Kopa, Caribou Digital and Mr Green Africa, Victoria has gained experience in managing multi-country programmes, providing technical assistance to commercial organisations, project management and on-the-ground implementation, as well as research and evaluation in the AgTech sector. Victoria holds a 1st class Master of Arts (MA) degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh and lives in Nairobi, Kenya where she was born and raised.

Sabaa Notta
CONSULTANT
Sabaa is an international development and inclusive finance professional with experience in both the public and private sector in consulting, research, project management, and business development. Sabaa has vast experience working for multilateral organisations, fintech start-ups, academic institutions, and commercial banks across Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Central and South Asia, MENA, and North America. Her key technical expertise ranges on the topics of climate resilience and adaptation, fragile contexts, MSME finance, microfinance, forcibly displaced populations, and sustainable tourism. Sabaa holds Master of Public Administration, Development Practice from Columbia University.
